1What services do you offer at Valley Wellness Centre?
We offer a variety of wellness services, including Yoga, Pilates, Biokinetics, General practitioner, Educational Psychology, Wellness Counselling, Dietetics, Vitality Health Checks, and other holistic health therapies like Reiki. In addition we have aesthetic offerings such as lash and brow technicians, tattoo artists and a beautician. Our diverse range of tenants ensures a comprehensive approach to health, well-being and self care.
2Where is Valley Wellness Centre located?
We are based in Randburg, Johannesburg. You can find us at 22 Valley Road, Bordeaux South in a peaceful setting that supports relaxation and healing.
3What are your trading hours?
Our operating hours vary depending on the services and individual practitioners. Generally, we are open from 7 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Please check with specific service providers for their availability.
4Are your services covered by medical aid?
Some services, such as biokinetics, psychology and GP visits, may be covered by your medical aid, depending on your plan. We recommend checking with your medical aid provider and discussing payment options with your practitioner.
5Do you have off street parking?
Yes, we offer ample parking for visitors. There is secure parking on-site for clients and staff to ensure convenient access to our centre.
6Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes we do have a wheelchair access.
