Life can be hard sometimes. We all have moments where it all just seems to be 'too much'. Whether you feel that your relationships can be more enriching or your career is not enticing any more. Or you are just feeling low energy, or a sense of hopelessness. You are not alone and there are ways to help improve your energy, resilience and overall joy of life!
Wellness counselling includes gentle movement, drawing, story-telling and mindful conversation as ways to start connecting to yourself and others again. Seeing a person as a holistic and complex being, tending to mind, body and soul with deep care, awareness and creativity. While yoga is an opportunity to be in the present moment and to make nourishing choices, movement can help relieve stress and calm the nervous system.
If you made it this far, you are much stronger than you ever imagined... Sometimes it is just so wonderful to have someone invested in your journey and your wellbeing. Walking beside you, paying attention to you and witnessing you becoming more aware.
My role is to facilitate the unfolding and release of stress, anxiety and stored trauma through the body, elements, chakra energy, myth and archetypes.
